ACCESS STATEMENT

The Dragonfly is situated near the centre of town, close to most major attractions.

Buses run past the bottom of our street 75 yards away and the sea front and our world famous tram system is 5 mins walk away.

There are numerous car parks close by.

There are three steps, 1 x 10cm high and 2 x 17cm high, outside the front of the hotel with hand rails on both sides.

Although we are delighted to welcome all guests to The Dragonfly, we are unable to offer accommodation to wheel-chair dependant guests as all bedrooms are 1st floor and above with no lift access.

For guests with limited mobility there are hand rails to all stairs and help with luggage is available if required.

We can arrange the hire of wheelchairs and electric mobility carts if required. Please ask for prices and other details.

For visually impaired guests, floor space throughout the hotel is kept clear and uncluttered at all times and step edges are brightly marked where required.

A warm welcome is extended to the service dogs of our visual and hearing impaired guests.

Large print menus, with pictures, are available on request.

Diabetic, Coeliac, Low Fat and other diets catered for.

For guests with asthma and other related allergies The Dragonfly is non-smoking throughout and we have hypo-allergenic pillows and bedding available. Please request when booking.
